   OK....#MutualAid Update time.

   As of now, all needs and goals are met; however, as long as I have NO income and the bills and expenses keep rolling along, and my disability benefits appeal hearing is still not until mid-December with a final decision not until after then; the struggles continue on.

   Henceforth, with the new month of November comes a new goal: $2,000 by Thanksgiving week.

     OK ...some very good news, and a little bad news.

     The very good: A moot dropped on me a donation over at Ko-fi large enough to cover my rent and a few of my bills. THANK YOU, "H"!!!

     Only problem: because of the US Veterans' Day banking holiday on Monday, I won't be able to touch those funds until Wednesday at the earliest.

     Kind of sucks a little, because I have a couple of small yet significant bills that are past due right now, and I also need to order some food right now for my morning meds.

     For the benefit of newbies:

     I am disabled and unable to work, per personal doctor's orders.

     I am currently appealing to receive Federal/state disability benefits; my judicial hearing is scheduled for December 13th.

     Now, on top of everything else happening to me, my doctor's appointment is set for tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully I won't have to pay for any more paperwork or tests, but you never know with these folk.

     Update: A generous moot was kind enough to break me off a NICE $300 donation today, which did a lot to eat up a sizeable portion of the bills I had. Thank you, "C"!!!

     Still have a good way to go before I am clear; still have major utility bills and rent to pay, plus food for today and Thanksgiving.

     Final goal remains $1,200 for next week; $600 needed ASAP, if not right now.
