     Chinese and Indian "scientific" publications are a fucking joke. Full of fraud and meaningless garbage publications and patents.
     
     It's going to be really hard for civilization to dig itself out of academic fraud towards genuine knowledge.

     @skylar the problem is that people that are actual able to do things like read papers in physics or engineering can also read papers in medicine. It's not magic.
