     Argh! Now you've just reminded me of the time the company bought part of Siemens, and someone commented that the Middlesex office answered the telephone with "Siemens, Staines". (I'm still not convinced it wasn't a wind-up, but anyone sending a memo forbidding that would be guaranteed to aggravate the problem.) 3:O)>
