   how do American phone numbers that use letters work? like 777-TANTOR. what do I type?

     @kaia it's like T9 typing. Each number has letters associated to them (1 to ABC, 2 to DEF, etc.) and you just type the number whose letters are included.
     
     In this case it'd be 777-826867. It made a lot more sense on dumbphones tho, since now we got a full keyboard on phones

     You'd only have to type 6 twice if you were sending a text on a dumbphone that doesn't use T9 typing
