     Proposal to estimate tickets by number of spoons they’ll take instead of number of days. “Oh, yeah, it’ll be more lines of code, maybe, but I won’t be preemptively ashamed of what we’re making users put up with so that’ll be way less spoons overall”

     @clarity your approach has a lot going for it. if you run out of time but you have spare spoons you can work out something sensible. if you run out of spoons, you're going to implode regardless of how much time is technically still remaining
