   Look, on some level I concede that "Mikey doesn't like anything" and that's a fair criticism. But also it's important to remember that cultural product is always a reflection of the culture that produced it. And given how I feel about the culture we live in and how repulsed the baseline levels of fascist ideology and exploitation involved make me, I don't think it's all that much of a shocker that I hate almost everything our entertainment industries produce. Garbage in, garbage out as they say.

     @blueemu I don't like to bother other people with my problems, and to be frank I'm a pretty smart cookie, so if there were solutions, they wouldn't be my problems for very long.

     Got some bad news on the stepdad's cancer front and it was just one too many bricks on the load. I'll be alright in a few weeks; no need to worry. But yes, indeed, my GAF and patience for nonsense are both in low supply. (Not directed at you.)
