      　同性同士の婚姻を認めていない現行の民法と戸籍法が憲法に反するかが争われた訴訟の控訴審判決で、東京高裁は30日、違憲と判断した。その上で、国会が立法措置を怠ったとは認めず、国の賠償責任を否定した1審・東京地裁判決（2022年11月）を支持し、同性カップル側の控訴を棄却した。
