     der node, den ich betreibe, ist kein exit node, also ist das auch weniger bis gar kein problem. und selbst wenn, die peering partner wettern sehr viel schneller rum als die behörden. wüsste jetzt aber auch keinen fall, bei dem in der schweiz ein tor node rechtliche probleme bekommen hat, aber da bin ich nicht so drin

     soweit mir bekannt ist, gibt's in D kein Angebot bei den seriösen Betreibern von Rechenzentren an Privatpersonen.
     Colocation Angebote richten sich nur an Firmen.
