Especially with supposedly profit oriented businesses, e.g. Deutsche Bahn appealing to the highest German court not to have to add a gender neutral option to their forms, like... are they really this attached to being exclusionary? where do you take that much commitment to spend that much money just to not do a superficially very simple thing that doesn't meaningfully hurt them
