     Other countries are too poor to bother or need to advance themselves to first world levels

     If you look at the history related to the spread and decline of most diseases we vaccinate against, you'll clearly see this relationship. Even polio was on the down turn before the vaccine was released, but pharma took all of the credit, and every boomer bought it and vaccinated the fuck out of the world.
