    Refusing to pick a side when one of the sides is fascism is picking the fascist side.

    It's not brave. It's not moral. It's just surrendering in advance.

      @collectiveownershipratical @fraying It may not be but it *actually* is.

      They may not have an interest in politics but politics has an interest in them...

      They will care when they are taken to a camp, where there are no jobs, when the economics are horrible and they might not afford food 👀

      Perhaps they don't care but that doesn't matter... I say again... fascism only needs to win ONCE to win, it matters not if they help or fight... the fact remains. 🤔

      @Aviva_Gary @fraying

      Ok, but here's what i'm saying. I'm not saying that there is a third way. Some people literally, just want to go on with their life as is, because they don't want to get involved in these political things.

      Their intent isn't necessarily to pick team fascism but to avoid that war altogether. Whether you perceive it as helping fascism, you got to under stand that's not their actual intent at all.

      @fraying I get that but it doesn't mean that those people chose that specifically. Theirs a slight distinction.

      Some of those people not picking a side are also helping the anti-fascist side as some of those nondeciders likely may had voted for the fascist side so it helps both sides in a way. As both sides lose votes. It doesn't just exclusively benefit just the fascists.

      @collectiveownershipratical @fraying So here's the deal:

      With fascism there is no other side... it is either yes or no, pass or fail... that's it.

      When they don't fight it, they pick it. That's how it works. There is no secret third way here... so ignoring fascism so they can focus on their everyday lives TM is picking fascism.

      Fascism only needs to win once to be in control and the best way for that to happen is to not act... 👀

      @collectiveownershipratical That's all fascism needs to succeed - ordinary people doing nothing.

      You are picking a side. It's the wrong one.
