   @izaya LaTeX beamer - it adds functional buttons to the pdf and it also can be used to insert the transition effects implemented in pdf 1.5 (I wonder if evince supports those).

     @izaya Would you block me if I said PowerPoint/Impress? After all you can freely go forward and backwards with timing and all sorts of hints.

     Other than that no idea.
