     @Dodo_sipping you roll a rack or multiple racks into the oven for commercial baking.
     
     I don't know how someone could get "trapped" in one. I've operated one before (my wife is a baker, we used to rent a commercial kitchen for baking her cakes)
     
     Kinda seems like this is a hate crime towards an Indian immigrant in Canada.

     @feld I suspected that, too. But the one you described I would not call a walk-in-stove... I rather thought of sth the size of a walk-in-fridge, a kind of room.
