     @wife these are pretty cheap from walmart, for a lot of over the counter stuff you can just get the generic store brand and its literally the same drug

     @sleepingnevi @wife not a good idea to take these all the time since your body builds tolerance to these faster than it would to heroin. You end up taking more and more. I had sleep paralysis, restless leg, and just trouble sleeping all together when I reached a certain dose

     fyi Zzquil is just benadryl. just diphenydramine, same dosage (25mg).
     
     
     save yourself the money and get some offbrand allergy meds to knock you out
