   https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8430138 it would sure be cool if apple ever posted solutions to problems publicly instead of just telling you to go to the apple store so they can sell you a new mac

     also yes this is the exact same issue im having it's so cursed. screen flashes on and off, but it doesn't happen in safe mode nor does it happen (in the internal display!) when an external display is connected
