   Bloody doctors out there telling people (my boyfriend) to get back to training as soon as possible after #covid and train hard because it speeds recovery.

   All the research I have seen says the exact opposite - do not exert yourself even once you start feeling able to because it increases risk of long covid and prolongs the illness.
