I have buddies at the VA that complain about this periodically.
If you are a teenage girl that wants to be a boymix, they will probably give you T in the cities near where I live. And your parent's health insurance will likely cover it!
But if you are a grown man that needs or even wants T, heaven help you. Get out your checkbook and drive across the state to private pay one of the few prescribing doctors.
