     He hasn't tried to deal with any federal administrations in the last few years. It's a fucking army of POC NPCs. They don't actually work and the government feeds them. I can confirm that this change occurred under biden.

     I'm telling you that I regularly contact federal administrations in my practice and there has been a monumental shift in staffing in the last few years, and it is nearly impossible to get done what I could get in done in a call or two just a few years back.
