     They even previously made a false claim that GNUboot dropped "some motherboards", when it dropped none, as all that was previously removed was unused proprietary microcode; https://www.phoronix.com/news/GNU-Boot-Drops-Non-Free-Bits as of course people believe news articles without checking.
