   if i understand right, ozempic "works" (in its off-brand anti-fatness use) by reducing appetite? so if we had any news media that was not captive to the interests of the upper class dinner party circuit, we might instead see headlines such as "Amid catastrophic UK poverty crisis, Labour paid by pharmaceutical company to administer their hunger-suppressing drugs to jobless and disabled" instead of "wowza! miracle drug"

     would really appreciate it if UK journos accurately called ozempic "hunger suppressant" rather than "weight loss". it would make headlines read a bit more starkly ("hunger suppressant medication for unemployed" etc)
