     @Gran3Walder Gotta cut back on consupmtion for a few weeks. Used to drink a pot to pot and a half a day, but had to cut back on it hard when I started having sleep issues. Now one cup maybe two does great when I want it and don't crave it everyday like I used too.

     You can buy 200mg x 500 caps for about $20.00. You'll pee a lot less and won't be as dehydrated. Coffee is really harsh compared to straight caffeine.

     I'm happy being less substance dependent, so I think I'll pass on trying that.
