Like, look at how blissfully simple the process was in that merge request thread too. Imagine if Mastodon's GitHub was like that instead!!
No arguing, no begging and pleading, no stubborn petite king to contend with, just a core dev sticking the thing in after considering what would be an improvement based on user's feedback on an other project, without even having to be asked to do it, and calling it job done!

I noticed in the latest "This week in KDE Apps" post that @tokodon has changed "Content Warning" to "Content Notice" and removed the warning iconography; presumably following the push-back around the new and awful #Mastodon web CW redesign.
Really cool that they took feedback around a separate project and got to work altering their own app to be better on this front! Nice to be sharing positive news xcarl marks repeated this.
