So, hold on a minute, is it illegal to ACCEPT one of Musk's voting bribes?

Quite a lot has been discussed about how Musk has entered illegal territory with his vote/registration bribing scheme (Edit: See https://electionlawblog.org/?p=146397), but if you look at the statute, it seems it also addresses those who ACCEPT money, and the penalty is five years in prison.
