     @drewdevault I can see that it is a shitty view, but I don’t see why they should introduce inconsistencies, unless their view is that free speech should also include private information. Hmmm. Would you mind expanding on this part a bit?

     @Prma A "NDA" pretty much never covers private information, as it's kind of already illegal for individuals to publish private information.
     
     "NDA's" only ever cover generally useful information that would benefit humanity, or at least the businesses customers, that some business wishes to restrict.
