     At least that site partially works for partial viewing without proprietary software, but nothing happens when I press more or the play button on a song?
     
     There is a freedom-respecting frontend that can play the songs without JS, although you won't learn of that unless someone links to it; https://tn.vern.cc or you have libredirect install.

     (is there a specific Ujico album you would recommend to get an idea of the style of music they make? not sure this is going to be my kind of jam, but if it infuriates your usual haters it can not be all that bad)

     I discovered Ujico when I bought this album in Akihabara, and later I bought their complete discography on bandcamp a few years ago. I'm not into everything ujico puts out but they're very prolific so there's heaps of stuff I like in there.
