     @amelia it's also a bit tall which can make it harder to learn on imo, but being light should help a lot. you might have to learn techniques that let you work with taller bikes better, i can link a bunch of youtube videos. but i def recommend starting with the msf and their bikes, since they use perfect starter bikes for it

     @shibao cold dont matter to me. its because
     
     1) i was driving the C30 around and was enjoying it, but it seemed like, somehow, too much. i want to drive with as little between me and the road as possible, with the best (general range of) acceleration and handling, and have as much fun as i can without getting uh arrested. bike is an obvious choice
     
     2) your bike being awesome
     
     3) jadens new bike being awesome (which the boys have offered to let me learn on, since the clutch is brand new and its quite light)

     but yes the gear is expensive, i've probably already spent 1.5-2k on motorcycle gear already

     @amelia @shibao try on the gear first and remember you will need to not only put it on but take it off when you get where you are going and that will kill the need for a bike for 90% of people

     @shibao @amelia you posted that before, the resolution is so high it brings your entire instance to its knees while you try to upload it to everyone who follows you. You probably won't even federate this message for a few minutes
