Got a scare mailer from the Republican about the Democratic candidate for my state house race. Conflates BLM with "defund the police" (once again, great job on bonehead framing that you knew the media would screw us over with BTW) and "legislative advocacy" from BLM website of: "end qualified immunity" (sounds wonderful to me), "student loan cancellation" (again sounds wonderful to me, especially if we clamp down on all the diploma mill grifts), reparations (scary wording of something more bland when people get into the details). I'm sure it will have its intended effects for some "independent" voters. Meanwhile the Republican candidate is of course a theocrat grifter who recently was indicted on forgery charges. So anyway... #uspoli
