     @InvictusManeo it's worse than that; the entire continent of Africa is only supported by huge amounts of subsidies from the west. China is there now too, so who knows what they'd do .. but the population of Africa was very stable when colonies

     About time we cease to subsidize them after a century of deliberated damage, the global nignogs pop will return to more rational levels.
     Mind the 5T are just the american aid, doesn't factor for the European aid and the developing "post-colonial" projects, let alone the management costs for said colonies that were, mostly, historically unprofitable except for a bunch along the great lakes and the Congo river ('cause gold).
