   @mykie I designed, but never published, a Raspberry Pi project to do something this! (it uses a mic to listen to ambient audio and feeds this to Project M, which is fullscreened on whatever screen or projector is connected).

     House decoration idea: a projector that displays a winamp style music visualizer on the wall based on whatever I'm listening to at the moment regardless of where or how i'm playing it. When I'm not playing music maybe it just loops through cheesy old scifi and horror movie scenes
