@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin IMO the problem at NYT (and WaPo) is at the top. Sulzberger and Kahn direct the narrative and shamelessly promote the propaganda. They are no different than Fox or CNN now for that matter. We should not expect them to act like the Fourth Estate media from the past. That era is gone, over, dead and it’s not coming back. They decided to be tools, like Goebbels, because that serves their interests

You know, can't stop thinking about how batshit crazy this is. Biden had a few episodes of slow speech and confusion and the New York Times featured it on the front page for a solid month.
Trump goes out every night and spouts complete stark raving insanity and we get one nuanced euphemistic Peter Baker piece on it. And now nothing. That's it.
What a complete failure of journalism we are living through.
