     @WarnerCrocker the imprecision in which machine learning is being talked about — as an “intelligence”, often anthropomorphisized, for both deception and out of ignorance — has been deeply frustrating. any new ways to better contextualize the abilities and limits of these technologies are so so sorely needed! i hope more people write, visualize, and demonstrate this (even in places like tiktok, unironically 😩)
