     The place is posh. Swimming pool, gym, hot tub, garaged parking, granite counters and hardwood flooring. That said, its located adjacent to a very blue collar neighborhood. Its soft gentrification, the property was a failed strip mall a few years ago.
     
     My suspicion is people in the shittier apartments around the neighborhood saw this as a "come up" and lied through the application process. Minorities and math dont often mix well, minorities generally have more social issues in their relationships, and so most of the laquishas and styrones that pulled an extra shift to afford this place are getting the boot after a bad breakup or inability to competently manage finances.
     
     The fact that everyone's getting the warning email either means no one can figure out the billing system or this place is doomed to chapter 11 bankruptcy due to lowest income tenants
