This deserves a lot of attention -- it's a five-alarm fire when a state government threatens people with jail time for political speech, and threatens even the employees of media outlets that might carry that speech. Even by Ron DeSantis's standards, this is extraordinarily, extraordinarily bad. No, it'll never stand up in court (even in the land of Aileen Cannon, I still believe that), but you don't want people having to make that risk calculation in the first place.
