   @a1ba @bogdan @kodymo Yes, it is a matter of scale. One thing is supporting your own computers you control and are familiar with. Supporting 20/200/2000 workstations used by non-techy people is something completely different.

   E.g. maybe once in a year I have some part of DE crashing and it doesn't recover itself but session is lost. Not a big deal. With 2000 workstations it will be several times every day. In Windows same happens but most of the time it restarts itself with a good chance of user apps still up and running.

     @a1ba @bogdan idk I don't think I ever had a Linux experience that was half as stable as my Windows experience. Don't get me wrong, I love Linux but it's not a thing I would wish on non-techy people

     which is actually worst of them. I can understand why people still use 7 or some special version of 10 because these are at least somewhat stable, but I don't get the sacred cow status of XP.
     
     That shit was on my first PC and if it was good and not self-destructive, I probably wouldn't be in IT.
