Mark Prompakdee, a 71-year-old retiree who lives in the Twin City mobile home park in Florida with his older brother, spent Hurricane Helene camping out in a parking lot on higher ground. With no family or friends who can take them in and Hurricane Milton approaching, he says he has no other choice but to do it again. “They’re saying, ‘Get out of here,’” Prompakdee said. “Where?” Read more from NBC News.
