     @dcc @Soy_Magnus @nyanide @dj turns out it's a bug because it's failing to store cached json because it's slightly over 5MiB limit of localstorage
     
     well, that is the long loading thing should only happen on the first load.
     
     it's also long cause it's really unoptimized and incomplete. this new theme engine shouldn't be in stable branch yet.
