   Who are the thought leaders you pay attention to about electrical / power / energy resilience? Either for keeping the power grid online, or for distributed energy resources and options? (Or both?) Who are the people talking about adapting our energy infrastructure to ensure we continue to have power in the face of climate change?
   And are any of them talking about the linkage between energy resilience and Internet resilience? (No power = no Internet access)
