   Phone call from the letting agent, we were supposed to get the keys Tuesday so we could decorate Tuesday and Wednesday before the new carpets are fitted on Thursday, but the cleaners have arrived 3 days early and he’s now away this week so we get the keys tonight!

     @BethanyBlack pleased for you! I realised I've started thinking 'oh no' every time I see a post of yours that starts "phone call from the letting agent" so I am hopeful this is the end of that!!

     @skylar it’s been horrible, for about 6 months every new thing seemed to pile on worry, but finally it’s starting to work out
