Same for free/libre software you don't own it but the rights of the GPL license would be the same as if you owned it.kaia likes this. -

It is true, though, that the DRM-free nature of GOG games makes me think I can ignore the terms of that licence more readily. Still, I don't expect GOG to make those available to me perpetually beyond the initial download.
