     So it looks like "justice" is strongly dependent on the judge and / or the judge's mood.

     After activists received two years of prison as a sentence for throwing soup to a painting's protecting glass, another judge "found that the action [of activists who glued themselves to a painting] was proportionate in view of the climate crisis".
