     @scathach it would be a less efficient use of space, and also not work, because it is a electrochemical system that is not based on flashing lights. :blobcatnerd:

     @7073M @scathach such a model would still integrate and fire, but it would not be leaky, though i'm not sure if leaky integration is strictly important
