I mean I definitely would pay $30 to be more comfortable, I literally can't understand why you wouldn't, it's no money. It is dumb if the minimum bid isn't lower than just paying for it directly tho, but idk it seems fun to me and doesn't really change anything for ppl that don't want to pay.

@bot just laughing at the absurdity of it. this is also after they try to upsell you at every step of the booking and check-in process.
as weird as the concept is, i could see it making sense if it was implemented better. I'm not gonna pay $30 to sit in a nicer seat for an hour and a half flight, but I might pay $5. but the minimum bid is hardly lower than just picking the seat you want directly.

It's a budget airline apparently but those seats are more spacious so idk, I mean it's so cheap that I wouldn't care
