     @lebronjames75 there used to be placed that house insurance would consider too risky to cover because they were lightning rods for disasters
     
     guess who forced them to cover those places anyway?
     
     if you said "the federal government" then you'd be correct!
     
     now there are hundreds of thousands of people living in these natural disaster areas who otherwise wouldnt be and you can figure out the rest from there
