   People continually smoke marijuana within the shelter (3rd floor). Staff says there is nothing that they can do.
   
   Have you spoken to staff about your concern? Yes
   
   Curtis, the manager on duty said there was nothing he could do, said that I was at fault for not wearing my mask. So I wasn't following the rules *either*. Which must mean that it's OK for me to be drugged. He said that I hadn't spoken to Sabrina (after spoken to numerous other staff over a period of weeks). I said that I no longer trusted staff to solve the problem.
   
   Your proposed solution:
   
   Continually write out grievance forms and share on social media until I can be provided a place to live where I am not being gassed with drugs.
