     Why is the char limit on profile description so short? Sigh, pinned posts it is.
     Ok, things to know about me:

     Until we sort out "multiple channels/feeds for a Fedi actor", this account is a mix of everything, srs bzns standards, and goofy memes and reposts. Meaning, please lower your expectations/bar for any sort of professionalism.

     Speaking of standards, I spend a decent chunk of my time helping with them:

     * I'm co-chair of the w3c SocialWeb Community Group
     * co-chair of the "Verifiable Credentials in Education" Task Force of the CCG
     * follow closely the various decentralized identity and digital credentials working groups at W3C, IETF and DIF
     * joined the recently formed Linked Web Storage Working Group as I.E.
