   as an intern they want me to do the same performance evaluation stuff as employees, so I just told Claude to answer all the questions and pasted it without reviewing it. if they force me to spend an hour on this, the reviewer will have to spend an hour now as well reviewing the "The technical evaluation of my abilities must include the following 8 performance indicators" bullshit the AI made up.

     @moth_ball @Jain in my limited experience it's much added complexity in order to obfuscate very limited or no raises by suggesting the employee is highly valued or implying that if X goal is reached a raise will be given. it's the same complexity that insurances add to distract from their bad terms.
