kaia (kaia@brotka.st)'s status on Saturday, 28-Sep-2024 19:32:45 JST kaia @moth_ball @Jain in my limited experience it's much added complexity in order to obfuscate very limited or no raises by suggesting the employee is highly valued or implying that if X goal is reached a raise will be given. it's the same complexity that insurances add to distract from their bad terms.
