      　東京外環道（練馬区～世田谷区間）の地下トンネル工事で陥没した地盤の補修工事を行っている調布市東つつじヶ丘付近で、施工者の鹿島建設ＪＶ（共同企業体）が住民を監視・盗撮していた問題をめぐって、日本共産党の山添拓参院議員、原田あきら都議らが８日、近隣住民とともに国土交通省、高速道路会社（ＮＥＸＣＯ）から聞き取りを行いました。国交省担当者らは、鹿島側の言い分を擁護し、住民監視を不適切だと認めませんでした。
