   A tenured, Jewish professor was fired at Muhlenberg College, ostensibly for reposting an anti-Zionist / anti-genocide instagram post on her personal account. A panel at the school overruled the outside counsel they’d brought in to assess the case and deemed her actions harassment rising to the level of firing someone with tenure. Absolutely chilling and outrageous.

     Here's an essay that the professor - Maura Finkelstein - wrote back in October, 2023:

     "Can we stay silent in the midst of a genocide, carried out in our name, with our tax dollars? I hope not. But the silencing of our words and actions, carried out by the Israeli-controlled Zionist propaganda machine, is well organized and devastatingly powerful."
