     Sen. Ron Wyden’s bill is proposing:
     6 additional justices over 12 years
     New ethics requirements
     Nominees stalled 180 days get an automatic vote
     IRS audits for justices
     Judicial circuit expansion
     2/3 vote to force recusal
     18-year term limits

     Wishlist: Make term limits retroactive in order to yeet Thomas, Roberts, and Alito
