once i had a chance to talk to Eric Allman and was like "M4? why?!?" and he reminded me that back then due to hardware constraints he needed to choose a syntax that would be efficient for computers not humans. It made sense, but still didn't make me feel any better about my lost youth trying to get sendmail to sendmail.Haelwenn /элвэн/ :triskell: likes this. -
